Now we are in for it Gini is starting to walk with out hanging on to anything. It is only 5-6 steps but she is taking them fast. I think she is trying to go from crawling to running just to keep up with Kayden. She does love to chase him around the house. At least it is at the end of summer and I won’t be chasing her around to much outside not that outside is a bad thing she just goes fast.

Where did this summer go? Kayden only has a few more weeks of vacation left then back to school for him. 2nd grade already wow. Gini is growing so fast too. She is starting to think about walking not quite there yet but thinking about it.
All in all it was a good summer went camping twice so far and I think Travis is thinking about taking Kayden one more time before school starts. Now time to start looking forward to what is to come this fall. Gini will be walking for sure. Kayden will be learning more maybe even starting to teach Mom and Dad somethings that we did not learn in 2nd grade.
Oh before I forget we have a “new” family member. His name is Moose and he sure loves his walks. The other night he just about broke the front door he was so excited to go. He is finding his place with us and is adjusting well. I look forward to see how much more changing he has to do and what he will accomplish.

Right now Kayden and Gini are playing together. I think that Kayden is having more fun with her toys and Gini is having more fun with Kayden’s stuff. Isn’t that the way it usually goes. I think Kayden has been waiting a long time for this. Over all he is a good big brother. He likes to show her things and read stories to her too. It is fun to watch them together. He is a proud big brother. He tells everyone about her and what she can do and how old she is.
Upcoming events: June 19th Father’s Day and June 24-27 camping with Kayden.
Well my big day is here today I am 1. I am told that today is my first birthday. First things first what’s a birthday? I have been told by my big brother Kayden that it is a lot of fun and I get a cake that is just for me and there will also be presents just for me. Sounds like fun.
My day started with Dad taking a very embarrassing picture of me right when I woke up. My hair was a mess and I didn’t even have a clean diaper yet. He will pay believe me I will get him back for that one. I am hoping by being extra cute today he will not share it with any more than he already has by text message. After that the day got better. I had Dad all to myself while Mom was at school. I got to see Grandma M. Aunt Amie, Great Grandma Rita, and Great Grandma B. I also got lots of neat stuff too. My favorite is from Kayden. He got me a barn with different animals and letters on it that I can match the shape and color. Thank you Kayden. I also got 2 dolls and thing that will help me learn to walk. Walk? Why walk I like to crawl its fun.
Okay I got ahead of myself now. Diner was BBQ, baked beans, macaroni salad, fruit salad, and chips. At least that is what everyone else had I had banana and beans. I could not wait to see the cake. Alright that is an exaggeration I really was not sure about it. Until I tried it at least then I had lots of fun with it.
Boy I am tired. Birthday’s are more of a fuss than they are worth. I think at least at this point Kayden tells me they get better as I get older. What do you mean I will have more?! I don’t want any more I want to stay little and cute forever. Daddy…….

Wow where did the year go. I started school last April and I have completed one year and one to go. But more importantly Virginia is 1. (Well almost) anyway I am looking forward to her 1st birthday party. That is the one that is the most exciting. I especially sitting back and thinking how much she has learned and how much she has grown over the year. Then I start to think of what the next year holds for her and all of the things that she will learn and discover and I start to get scared because before I know it she will be dating. Well if Travis has his way that will never happen.

Well I’ve finally gone and done it. The time has begun to begin rebuilding out home after the hacker attack almost 6 months ago. I had to rebuild all the other sites that are hosted on this same account before I could take the time to rebuild this place.
